However, I just found the plugin on WordPress again and it links to another forum that looks to be the correct one. Thanks!

I did more troubleshooting and it looks like the W3 Total Cache plugin was the issue. Since I’ve disabled that I haven’t had that issue again.

If anyone else has the issue I found the problem was a conflict with the Ecwid Shopping Cart plugin. I talked with Ecwid support and they quickly issued an update that corrected the problem

CORRECTION: I cannot publish or update in any browser. Not sure what interface I was on but once I went to the WordPress Admin Panel it won’t allow me to post anything.
