thanks for your help .

i created a test user account. I was seeing the admin toolbar when logged in. Then I unchecked the “show toolbar” for that account and then it didn’t appear when logged in as a customer.

ill try this again with a fresh customer test account and see what happens!

thanks for your reply .

yes the YSL cologne order with 5 failed emails was one customer.

the other 2 failed order emails were a different customer and different product.

i don’t seem to be receiving multiple emails now.

Thanks for your reply.

Javascript is enabled in browser (chrome). A quick google of the error message and I found that this happens if the link redirects too many times? I’ve also tried in incognito mode without success. Here is the error message:

Hi, thanks for your reply.

I see that although as above the new accounts have “customer” role – when I click into each profile – the “allow admin taskbar” was checked so I had to manually disable that. I’m not sure why it is being checked as allow for new accounts. I’m not sure if any plugins are affecting the user roles. Nothing specifically about customer accounts has been installed just WooCommerce. Theme is Puca by Thembay.

Yes as we’re a little the dark about what the customer experienced, we sent a basic “you left something in your cart” email.

Thanks all for your help and support. Have now disabled Woopayments and trying a different processor.

lol just disabled WOOPAYMENTS to try this one.

Same – multiple 2/3 emails for an order. Not a good look!

No express checkout buttons now appear anywhere ( although selected)… I don’t mind that – I am certain CC/DC payments are now working. But yes – be good to have this issue resolved… Hopefully I can stay patience with Woo :))))))))
