Sorry for late reply.
A mistake. actually is not plugin but theme.
I tried different theme, also giving me different result(display) between desktop.
I tried opimizer and also Frontier theme.Weird thing is both desktop are using latet Internet explorer (V11).
Can you assist , any suggestion that can help to resolve this issue.thanks
