Resolved the issue by changing codes of .htaccess file. Now I can access wordpress admin.
Should I remove .htaccess file? Right now I can see there are so many lines in .htaccess file, I couldn’t figure out any exact rule.
I’m having the same issue. and I have renamed the plugin but still the admin panel is not accessible.

It was a issue with my hosting provider they have fixed it while I told them about the issue. The issue was actually no plugins are getting installed on my site. As I figured out that it is showing for all plugins, then I was confirm that it is a issue with the server.
