Yes it works now. Firewall was blocking the host from reaching port 7890.
I did encounter an issue where the Reference ID was not matching the transaction payload data, even though the order payment is in the transaction list. I could not replicate it consistently though.

Please disregard. I may have found the issue:
cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 5001 milliseconds
The site could not connect to the servers to get the transactions.
