Best,
Hi @mialewp ,
Thank you for the quick follow-up. I will make sure to reach out to the technical support team when I have a moment. I truly appreciate your patient support.
Hello @mialewp ,
Thank you as always for your wonderful support.
I have a new observation regarding the bug where
/sappears in the file paths shown in Filester’s “info” section. It seems this issue only affects files newly uploaded through the Filester file browser. The paths for existing files (those already there before opening the browser) appear to be normal. This also seems consistent with the fact that refreshing the web browser fixes the links in the info section. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to capture any screenshots yet, but I hope this provides a helpful lead for the investigation.
Have a great week!
Hi @mialewp,
Sorry for the late reply. The server is an official one for our organization, so it is difficult to share the screencast of WordPress console… When I have time, I will test this issue in other environment and update this thread.
Thank you.
Hello @mialewp,
I noticed that the issue persists even after updating the plugin. I have confirmed that I am running Version 2.0.2 on my server. My WordPress version is the latest (v6.9), though my PHP version is a bit older.
My environment might be slightly unconventional because I use Filester to manage static files located outside of the core WordPress installation directory. Here is the breakdown of my file structure:
- WordPress Install Path:
/var/www/username/htdocs/wp/ - DocumentRoot:
/var/www/username/htdocs/ - Target Directory that I want to manage by Filester:
/var/www/username/htdocs/filedir/
The Filester settings are exactly as I described in my initial post.
Could you let me know if this is an issue with the plugin itself? I would appreciate any insight you can provide. Thanks for your support!
Hi @mialewp ,
I have confirmed that the plugin has been updated and this issue has been resolved in the environment I manage as well.
Thank you for your kind support!
Have a nice weekend:)
