Again, whats making any differences when the numbers are raised????
- Adding a version number to a web address (like ?version=2) tricks the browser into grabbing fresh files instead of using its old saved copies.
- On the server side, just update the cache key to ensure everything reloads properly.
Your 2nd last comment about increasing. Have you any docs about that please ?

Why isnt there any any Automatic Popup Notification To Install ? I tried most of the sequence which looked like it was to do it, still nothing. Am I missing something?

Increase this number whenever you modify PWA assets to ensure browsers update their cached files, as they typically do not automatically detect such changes.
