I guess I should make changes in the old database to reflect the changes in the site, but I don’t know how to do that. The host I was using before has not installed phphMyAdmin so can’t go directly to the database. I tried making a backup but it screwed up the special characters like quotes accents and… I guess it didn’t encode the database in the utf-8 or something like that…

Suggestions?
