Looks like it is up and running,you where correct about the PHP version, the thing that I didnt realize (and I feel quite dumb about it) is that this particular site was hosted on the clients server (godaddy) once I remembered that and checked the php version on his server, it was in fact outdated. And updating it, fixed the issue I was having. Thank you so much for your support. Top Notch for sure!

Ok its not the theme, I just tried installing it on another site i have running the same thing, so im not sure now thats very weird, the only thing different between the sites was pretty much gravity form, and it couldnt be that, any ideas? I’ll try another fresh install, even tho ive done that already. Not sure what else to do, and knowing its the not the theme makes it even weirder
they have no solutions for us, i will try the fresh install idea now and make sure its the theme that is causing the issue
it appears they are 100% sure. I asked for the server guys advise too, im not sure what else to try, maybe i can try a fresh install of a site and see if it is the theme, ill do that now and let you know. If it is that I guess im in trouble
Ok I am having my server techs look into this now, I will be back in touch, thank you for your cotinued support
just an update on this, I have updated to php 5.5 on the server and am still getting the same error, anything else you want me to try, it must be a conflict between the plug in and the theme (x theme) I cant really switch the theme as I dont want to mess up the site, any ideas of what I can do?

any idea on this, im not able to switch the theme or its builder. Any chance you could point me in the direction of how to enable chunk uploads through editing files? The client is only able to upload a few pictures at a time, and he is looking to do like 30, and is there any way to make them resize automatically, as he is uploading straight from a camera and they are huge
Ok I deactivated everything except gravity forms and am still getting the error, its possible its from the theme I guess (X theme) but I cant really change that, could you advise?
i dont have reduxframework installed on its own, I am using x theme and maybe that has something to do with it, I cant really switch to a different theme, I will check on the plug ins now and let you know, your plugin is working perfectly but I just am having an issue with the user not being able to upload all his file, was hoping chunk file option would help with this, if I cant get this working even without plugins could I just change that options some where in the code?
I tried it but i still used the wordpress interface, should I grab it from the site or somewhere else? Or what version do I need to make sure I have? It appears im running 1.37

is there an way to have the menus propagate as the others are selected, i would imagine this would be a little more complicated, but figured i should ask. So like if they select a category in the top box, can i have that change whats available in the other boxes,
