I purchased the Ignitewoo USPS shipping pro calculator for my website thinking it would take the worry out of calculating shipping and be more accurate with less hassles than a free plugin. However it is consistently wrong in calculating standard mail and regular post. The company says the plugin may be having a problem calculating in Ounces vs lbs. It has been 2 months and is still not corrected and now it actually subtracts costs when you add in products vs adding. I’m still waiting to hear back from the company in regards with this last issue. I am wondering if there is something that has been changed within woocommerce after the new flat rate options were added in that I need to adjust within the woocommerce settings for my products? And are there any shipping calculators for the USPS that you can recommend that are better than others? I have been looking for someone to take a look at my website to see if they can help in regards, but I am at a loss for finding the right help. Any suggestions? Thanks!
