    Hi, thanks for the speedy reply.

    No – I never doubted that my post(s) got removed by you/plugin devs, I was certain that it was by the forum mods (after I supplied an additional screenshot to the thread which triggered a manual moderation). Apololies for any misunderstanding.

    I see. So whenever an order has a refund action being performed while Object Cache Pro is active, then this problem would occur?

    I’ll reach out to their support and give it a try then.

    Just disabled it – and it works.

    May I know why, please- was this a known issue? Object Cache Pro is essential for this WooCommerce setup.

    I’ve just updated to the latest version – and the order that was having the issue still wouldn’t let me re-generate the PDF invoice – FYI.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the kind offer.

    So I managed to integrate the badge manually by adding the GMC supplied code in <head>.

    However, I had no luck with doing this manually with the GMC supplied code for Survey Opt-In.

    I also tried again with the Merchant Center Reviews for Woocommerce plugin and it continues to show this error,

    optin.js?ver=1.0.1:14 Google API is not loaded. renderOptIn @ optin.js?ver=1.0.1:14

    even though optin.js is loaded:

    src="/wp-content/plugins/merchant-center-reviews-for-woocommerce/assets/optin.js?ver=1.0.1" id="brumigmcreview-optin-js">

    and an output on the /order-received/ page like the below is observed:

    Thank you for your explanations.

    1 – I see all scripts get loaded properly and once only. That includes badge, optin and platform.js, yet the badge and survey (on order confirmation) aren’t showing. Can you please advise if the plugin is supposed to work out of the box? I also see that order details like order id, email, time and etc are all correct.

    2 – I see what you mean now. Surely the GTINs are passing correctly, though.

    Thank you for the reponses and actions, I really apperciate it.

    However, the problem is that your Set Access Role setting doesn’t provide the full list of available roles of the site. From your list, there are only Admin, Editor, Author and Contributor which seem to be the default roles. My site, from the User Manager page, have additional roles like Shoping Manager, SEO Manager and etc. My client is using the ‘Shop Manager’ role, for your reference.

    I haven’t updated the plugin, though, please advise what I should do.

    It will let me choose from the existing FAQs dropdown, but after the selection, it won’t add to the list of FAQs. If I try to ‘Quick Add’ a new FAQ, the loading will just keep on going forever after clicking add.

    Hi Janilyn,

    Thanks for the reply.

    I have always had the option ‘hide component products on cart and checkout page‘ to NO.

    And as mentioned, this happens maybe three out of ten times.

    The site owner has also reported that out of three of those orders, sometimes the actual child/sub-item listed on the order is different from what the customers have actually ordered because the site owner made phone calls to check prior to shipping.

    I am not 100% sure how this could be possible, I am still trying to verify this one.

    However, my original issue (which is similar to https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/composite-products-not-included-in-some-orders/) has been doing it for a while – surely we have the right setting configured at all time so I am hoping that you could perhaps provide some insights or a fix, please.

    Update: the option ‘Hide component products on order details’ isn’t working at all. It used to display all the component products on the ‘Order Complete’ page and the ‘Order Confirmation’ email, as well as ‘WooCommerce -> Individual Order Details’ admin page, and it no longer does that but only shows the parent composite item name. Is there a fix for this, please?
