The wpLinua API offers one free and unlimited language for non-commercial sites. However, if you’d like access to more translation languages, you’ll need to upgrade to the premium plan.

Thanks @wpr0ck for your reply. Unfortunately it is too expensive, we wish we could have a different lower plan for multi languages as we only need one functionality from the premium.

right now we have a multi-site system but we’re looking to switch for a dynamic translation but this subscription model everyone is doing now is not a solution. Make business sense for companies, not customers.
