Then type:
wp_carousel_link_urlas your custom post along with a regular URL in your custom fields on your posts.When you add your images as “featured image” DON’T place a URL. Then tuda! New link in different window. If you want the link to display like normal, don’t use the first plugin listed above.
It’s 11 months later, but I hope it helps someone.
