In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] Reviews of Inactivated ProductsYes, that is exactly what I noted. Seems this means that a company loses all of its historical customer reviews if it regularly cycles through new products. So there is no way to display on a general, non-product page the reputation that has been accumulated from discontinued products.
Perhaps you can add this feature in the future??????? As for now, your plugin is not useful for my situation. Thanks for your consideration!
I just installed your fix, and my initial assessment is that it appears to have corrected the problem. I’ll let you know if there are any future issues. But for now, it seems good! Thanks so much for your attention to this.

Eating Saigon!Just updating you. On this week’s orders, there have been 5 different customers where there is a mis-match between the quantity of a product actually ordered and paid for (by PayPal) and the quantity as it appears on the “Customers Who Bought This Product” list! In all these cases, these customers also purchased other products in the same order (perhaps that provides a clue as to the problem??).
thanks … appreciate your help! I’ve been using this for years without any problem & it’s very helpful!
Hope this helps. Let me know if any questions. Please keep private info private. thanks

Order#2196: https://www.eatingvietnamwithhai.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/No.-2196-order.png
The customer bought 1 “Bún Mộc – May 2”, and
2 “Chè Bắp – May 2”But, the “Customers Who Bought This Product” list shows 2 for each product.
Good news & bad news. Problem is fixed. BUT, just noticed that the customer order count shown on the report for one of my orders does not match the actual order count.
For my order #2196, there is one count for this product: Bún Mộc – May 2. However, the “Customers Who Bought This Product” list shows two count for that product!? On the same order #2196, there is another product: Chè Bắp – May 2 ordered for two count. Perhaps there’s some connection to the error there???
thanks so much …….
When, on the Admin desktop, you click on Product, then Customers, it takes u to that product page and displays a list of customers. It is that list that now does now include the two report items I mentioned
