The error ended up being with my recaptcha code.
Like I mentioned, I have 3 blogs, and I have keys for all 3 types of recaptcha for all 3 blogs from when I was testing which one I wanted.
I was using the wrong recaptcha code for the settings for this blog.
I put in the correct keys and now it is working.
