Again, please keep in mind that you need a valid AliExpress API key to query products. It’s explained in our knowledge base in full.

In reply to: [Dropship Express] Solved!I apologize for the broken link. The websites were recently moved to a different server, and the subdomain wasn’t setup properly. It’s working now.
As for your refund request, I’ll approve it today, if it’s not expired.
I’m still updating the plugin on my end, but decided to not push it out as currently not many users are using it. I’ll roll out one update today that addresses some errors and bugs. You should be able to use all the features then, as we’re already using it on our own server.
But please not you need a VALID api credential from AliExpress to perform certain actions. It’s explained thoroughly on our knowledge base, here.
If you encounter an error after the update, please open a bug thread.

You could instead request a refund on Envato marketplace.

1) That looks like an interesting feature to be added in the future update. I’ll look into it.
2) Yes, The credit card info are used to place the automated orders. They will will be stored in your database and only send to ZincAPI over secure connections.
3) Unfortunately, I don’t have an ETA. I’m planning to use their official APIs to develop the plugin, and I’m still trading emails with them, which takes time.

- Using ZincAPI, you can fully automate the shipment. The product will be automatically shipped to the customer once the order is placed. However, manual fulfillment is not supported yet, but is a work in progress. Tracking Code provided by ZincAPI is accessible.
- Yes, it can sync anything with the retailers.
