Hi there, I tested further and now I think the Problem is the Rank Math FAQ Block… it’s the only extra feature in the Post that could be responsible for the error. I use the FAQ Block only on some posts on other posts I use a Accordion Block form Kadence which make no issues and all Posts with the Kadence Accordion Block works fine.

I reported the Issue with a ticket also on my Rank Math Pro Account, but I don’t get any answer yet. As a Pro User I’m a little bit disappointed to hear nothing from the support team on both sides here and direct at Rank Math. It’s not a silly hobby website its my business editor website and it’s not the first time that I have a problem with no helpfull response.

yes I cleared the cache. After them I deactivated WPRocket and the Scroll to Top Button appears. I tried this several times with on and off the caching plugin. Then I go to options of wprocket and deactivated the option “nicht benutztes css entfernen” (I’m from German) in english “clear not used css” and after that the Scroll to Top button appears, but my load time sinks, and I got the messages from pagespeed insights and the wprocket theme that I should clear unused css… not clearing the css let my pagepeed score let my pagespeed score rising to 3000ms seconds at the css issues value. Now I activated this option again and the scroll to top button disappears again too.

I tried this one now with the Astra Theme and the Kadence Theme, but this two had no issues with wprocket.

This is not a hobby website its my business website, I hope you understand that I not will give a copy of my website anybody. It has nothing to do with the fact that I don’t trust you, but that’s too risky for a business website.

By the way I have another question, it is possible that a wordpress theme, in this case yours, is responsible that the stars rating under my posts in the google search disappears? After I changed from Kadence to Blocksy the stars rating from my rank math schema disappears under the search results? Before they were shown. I’m not an expert, but these are things I noticed after changing from Kadence to Blocksy. I know it could be everything else, but it’s strange that these issues happen at the same time. Do you have any idea?

At the moment I had to forego of the scroll to top button, but it’s not my wanted solution. It’s strange that this option works for two months and from one day to another it dissappears.

Perhaps you’ll find a solution for me, your theme is great but the issues are strange. And I don’t want to change again the theme. As a professional journalist I had other work to do, instead of searching issues. I hope you understand my point of view.

thanks for your ultra fast response.

I deactivated wprocket completly and the issue is gone, after activating wprocket again, the issue is back. Now we know what it causes, but how can I solve this?

The issue is new, before the last blocksy update the top to scroll button works fine.
