Thank you @viveke! When installing this plugin one of the main things that stuck out to me were all the comments praising the support team, and they were totally right. Appreciate the help!

They just rolled out an update today that fixes the issue. Thank you both for your help in determining the root cause, greatly appreciate it!

We are using the Storefront theme, it is out of date on our main website, but after updating to the most recent version on a staging website, it doesn’t fix the issue. Problem lies elsewhere just not sure.

Thanks for your response and I hope we can work together to get this resolved.
