In reply to: [WP Store Locator] Checkbox filters AND instead of ORHi! I have this same question and am wondering if you mind sharing your solution? Thank you!
@darthtater – I had a feeling that the newest version of WordPress might be the culprit. Unfortunately downgrading wasn’t an option for us. Unfortunately, I don’t know the exact code was modified. My coworkers (a PHP developer and Javascript programmer) worked together to make a lot of modifications to make it work. Sorry I can’t be of more help.
Hi @sredden,
We were able to show and review the issue with support, but they weren’t able to help much because they couldn’t replicate the issue on their server, and we could not give them access to ours because the client has tight restrictions on who gets admin access to their site and server. We turned off all plugins and used the default theme, and the problem still persisted, so we were completely stumped. We used CSS to hide the time while we worked on the issue, and in the end, modified the plugin itself to override the settings and show our specific time zone. It’s definitely not an ideal solution, but we didn’t feel like we had any other options at that point.
Sorry that’s not much help. If you do have a site that you are comfortable granting admin access to the plugin developer, maybe they can take a look. (Sidenote: I had to be pretty persistent with my support requests.) Good luck!
Follow up to my previous post… Once we updated all our plugins and purged our server cache (the site is hosted by WPEngine) we were able to update the Yoast plugin.
Hi, I’m chiming in because we have a similar issue with the title and description fields. And when we tried to update Yoast, we received an error that said “Update Failed: There has been a critical error on your website.”
We are up-to-date with the latest versions of WordPress and PHP. Our version of Yoast is 10.0.1.
Has anyone found a solution to this? We have this same issue on a multisite set up that has 25+ sites and 25+ calendars… The same problem exists on all the calendars.
We’ve paid for the premium add-ons and I’ve reached out to support. Hoping to hear back from them soon!

Another Update: I think I might need to set the MAX Width and MAX height in the custom JS?
Update: I know that I could open it in an iframe like this, but then it’s not responsive…
<div id="mySampleContent2" class="fancybox-hide"><iframe src="URL" width="400" height="300" frameborder="0"></iframe></div><a class="ari-fancybox button clear-button" href="#mySampleContent2">Open lightbox iframe</a>- This reply was modified 6 years, 7 months ago by jacksonsky.

In reply to: [ARI Fancy Lightbox - Popup for WordPress] Enable Lightbox for select linksThank you for your reply. I forgot to include code tags in my message so it converted my code to links. Sorry about that.
What I was asking was this: There is code to disable a link, as you provided here:
<a href="http://wp-quiz.ari-soft.com" class="no-lightbox">Open link</a>I was wondering if there was code to enable the popup for one specific link, like this:
<a href="#" class="ari-fancybox">Open link</a>In the meantime, I purchased the pro version and used the shortcode method. But I’d love to know for future reference.
Thank you!

In reply to: [Events Made Easy] Restore Deleted Event?Thank you for the quick reply. Yes, a trash folder where you can restore events would be great for a situation like this. In the meantime, we will just restore the database and try to figure out who has registered for the other events between the restore and now.

In reply to: Setting up a new user in phpMyAdminThanks for the replies. I was able to reset the password by simply changing the email address from the administrator account to mine (via phpMyadmin), and sending an password change request. I’d still like to know how to create new users on a phpMyAdmin level, but I’ll save that for another day.
