I just went in and tried to file a support ticket, but it’s referring to the forums because you no longer offer support for Canvas; I can’t submit a ticket. I need to update the theme to the latest version; this is a terrible practice. Can you please add our downloads back to our accounts?

Warning: Header may not contain more than a single header, new line detected. in html/wp-includes/link-template.php on line 2239Finally after critical diagnositic trail and error testing.
It was an issue with the Auto Increment not being programmed into the sql DB amidst the restoration process by the host.
Auto-increment allows a unique number to be generated when a new record is inserted into a table.
Back up and running faster than before.

but IE & wont play the file on the home page.
