After 4 days of research I found buggy code snippet I wrote few years ago.
Loop Grid works as it should now.

There are no critical errors or warnings. Just notices about deprecated code like:

There are no errors on Console or Network tabs of Dev Tools

On activation:Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1966080 bytes) in /<my_path>/wp-content/plugins/wp-spamfree/wp-spamfree.php on line 3627
with 2.9.1 worked perfectly.
