    I looked at the Simple Calendar repository and saw that they did some major cleanup, and it looks like Parsedown() “got caught in the bucket”

    I got past the problem for now by reverting to
    Simple Calendar Version 3.1.33
    FullCalendar Add-on Version 1.08
    Google Calendar Pro Add-on Version 1.0.5
