there are plugins out there that allow you to do this. I use this one:

It gives you a little check box which will remove a page from the nav bar if unchecked. (By default it’s checked)
Bump, I am getting this error as well on 2 of my wordpress sites. They very different sites with different themes and plugins. Has there been any more insight into what this could be and how to fix it?
