    @threadi I didn’t realize that, thank you.

    Considering I’m not able to see what items are in the Pending or Past-Due lists, do you have any idea of how I could go about finding out which plugin is complicating things?

    I just downloaded an Action Scheduler plugin, and now I can see a little more into what’s going on.

    There are 34,800 actions in total.
    Complete: 10
    Pending: 4033
    Failed: 30757
    Past-Due: 169

    Apparently this has been going on for a while, but I never saw this warning banner about past due actions until after our migration and domain change.

    We run an LMS on our site and we have been having a sporadic problem where sometimes actions are not tracked and recorded to user profiles, but it’s very inconsistent.

    Is this potentially what has been causing that problem? The oldest Failed action I can see dates back to 9/24/2022 and the Hook there is wpforms_admin_addons_cache_update.

    Any ideas about what I can do to fix this problem? I have no idea how to troubleshoot it myself.

    I mean, to be fair, it’s been 4 days and two of those were the weekend.

    Give me a little time to make those changes and get back to you, I have a couple things on my plate I need to get done first.

    Hi Drew,

    I downloaded the theme from ThemeForest.com. I didn’t think about trying to contact them or the creator of the theme. I’ll go do that now.

    In the meantime, while it seems to be a problem with my theme, any idea as to why it would do this, without me modifying anything, in the middle of the night?
