I tried all those solutions. They still don’t work.
I have deactivated all plugins and theme as well
Even restore the whole site to a few days back before this problem happened and that still didn’t help.
I’m at a lost.

I have the same problem.
I can log into all other pages except the Network Admin, where it keeps going to the login page and doing a redirect loop.
Have tried everything.
