How can this be achieved?

Experiencing the same issue. I noticed when attempting to edit the plugin some files are inactive, specifically the following:
video-list-manager/includes/models/menus-view.php (inactive)
video-list-manager/includes/models/pagination.php (inactive)
Why are these file inactive and how can they be activated? Could this be causing the issue with the pagination not working?
