We are using the “WP” hook to display the preloader and based on our testing, this hook is not being triggered on the login page.

Thanks for reaching out to us!This plugin works on many websites with the “Hello Elementor theme and Elementor builder” without any problems. So we think it may be interfering with one of the plugins on your site.

Thanks for reaching out to us!Preloader is probably not hidden because the JavaScript file is not loaded.
It may conflict with some cache plugin settings.
please create a test page and enable the preloader only on that page and then send us the URL link so we can check …a- To activate the preloader only on the test page, go to the "Display settings" tab in the preloader settings and then select the option "Specific post ( Select from the list )" and select the test page you have created from the list. b- Click "Save Changes" button.Regards,

Thanks for reaching out to us!The free version does not have this feature. This feature is available in the Pro version.
Show per session: Enable the preloader to be displayed only when a visitor visits your site for the first time. This feature affects the entire site, not each page individually.
