In reply to: [Theme: Firmness] Too much space below slider in mobile/tabletI didn’t know there were forums for the themes – thanks for letting me know.
That worked, thanks a lot!

In reply to: [Theme: Firmness] Space between logo and nav barThank you! Is it better to use one or the other – i.e. should I only use the child theme CSS?

In reply to: [Theme: Firmness] Space between logo and nav barHi folks,
One more thing – how do I decrease the white space between the widgets on the sidebar?
I’ve tried
.sidebar .widget {
margin-bottom: #px
}which works in Inspect element, but doesn’t work when inputted into the Child Theme’s stylesheet.
I also wouldn’t mind getting rid of those grey lines under the titles!

I still haven’t found a solution to this… anyone help please?
CHMOD doesn’t work with Windows so it can’t be done through Filezilla. If you’re with GoDaddy you can change the file permissions by checking the uploads folder and clicking the ‘Privacy’ button in the File Manager.
Uncheck ‘Inherit’ and check ‘Web Writable’
Hope that helps others!
@wpyogi: I tried changing the file permissions and I get this back from Filezilla: Response: 500 ‘SITE CHMOD 777 wp-content’: command not understood
Apparently CHMOD doesn’t work with Windows?
I am going to call GoDaddy now but the person I spoke to seem to be clueless.

In reply to: Structured Data Errors on Comments and Photo pagesI would really appreciate the help!
This is what I’m seeing on the comments:
http://alyssawrites.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/Untitled.jpg
Then there is a problem like this:
sunnyinlondon.com/hampstead-pub-crawl-beer-gardens/
versus this subpage: sunnyinlondon.com/hampstead-pub-crawl-beer-gardens/hampstead-pub-crawl-freemasons-arms-entree-1/
Any ideas why every photo is becoming its own post? And why the structured data markup isn’t working there?

In reply to: Title and tagline glitch?@janet4now: I have a child theme. I like the arc, but I probably should change it so stops doing that.
@songdogtech: I didn’t buy the theme, I’ve customized the free basic version with a child theme.
It’s more that the title loads in a lopsided way, not so much the arc. Hopefully once I change the arc radius, it will make a difference.
Thanks, folks!
