Hi. The simple template didn’t make a difference to these ones which fail I am afraid.
We have had another order which won’t print the invoice for this morning. However the packing slip works fine…
Really don’t know what else to do at this stage…
Thank you so much for your speedy response. We are using custom templates and a plugin to manage Woocommerce extra product fields. However these orders don’t have any of these fields used…
There were x3 orders which wouldn’t display invoices earlier this morning, however x2 of them now display invoices, and we have just 1 invoice which won’t work.
It’s very odd – i am talking to my client to see if they have changed anything on these 2 orders.
Will keep an eye on it at this end and let you have an update when I have one.
