    Hello. I have updated to 3.6.6. but the problem is still happening. Here is a log of the backup I attempted after updating. No backup file has appeared in my dropbox. Thank you for any help you can give.

    Thank you for your reply. I have found the issue and it was related to my web host and not your excellent backup plugin. Please accept my apologies. This can now be closed.

    Thank you for trying to help me but I have now backed up the site with a different app as I needed to get a backup done quickly.

    Hi again. The MULTIMINDEDMUSIC folder is the main folder on the hosting server that contains the complete WordPress site (The website is called multiminded.com)so I cannot delete that folder.

    This is very strange. I cannot see that file in there now but i know it definitely was there as I made a note of it due to the readmefile. So unfortunately i cannot delete it.

    Hi Andreas. Ive tried at both 20 and 25 seconds with same result. I wondered if I did something wrong with the manifest.json file when I restored my site. I know nothing about that but its interesting that the backup had a readme file which asked me to leave that file in in place which i think i have done and when the backups now fail the the message says it is creating the manifest file. Just a thought.

    I went to that setting but it is already set to 30secs which is greater than you are suggesting

    The message I received finally was ERROR: Cannot create backup archive correctly. Aborting creation.

    Hi, I appear to have found my problem. I must have made a mistake when getting my Google Maps API key. I went through the process again and the map now shows. Thanks for your advice.
