Thank you so much for your advice – and your helpful screenshot. For some reason on my display there is no asterisk symbol in the right panel, only the others symbols including the disk,’+” share etc.

If I turn the required slider to off – the red asterisk disappears – but then the users don’t have to complete the survey.

    Any ideas?

    Many thanks

    Hi Jasmine

Thank you for your very helpful response from Jasmine – although the ‘Who will have permission to Survey’ will not help us.

We are using WordPress Version 5.9.1 with LearnDash Version 3.6.0.3

Our users can enter free text into their written ‘tasks’ using Survey Maker. I am using lots of surveys with free text that are members use to write up their tasks (lesson observations etc.)

In the back office of Survey maker on Learndash – under ‘submissions’ the Admin can see each of the completed surveys. I need to be able to make these available to our members – so that they can see what they typed up. The admin can view/save them in PDF (they look exactly as they do when the users submitted their survey).

Ideally we would extract them from submissions and share with users in their LearnDash profile (along with other LearnDash assignments).

Any advice will be much appreciated.

    Many thanks

I should add – I only want members to be able to see their own submissions
