There is an updated for the plugin now available that will allow you to save and remove that error message from the setting screen. Thanks for the heads up. In the next few months, we plan on overhauling this plugin completely.

In reply to: [Athena Post Expiration] Can’t save optionsHello, Sorry I didn’t receive a notification for your issue. I’m going to be testing this on the latest version of WP and make updates and push them live within the next few days.
I had the same issue on a clients site. Where I did the update and all existing forms disappeared and then it wouldn’t save newly created forms. I had to rollback to the previous version. This update needs a lot of work.
