I have refreshed my browser page. Is there anything else I should do?

Congratulations on your recent acquisition, however I can see that someone has watched the LOOM video I sent you on June 11th, 2023 7:20AM and all I need to know now is whether the preview has been hacked in some way, as it appears now.
I’ve asked AppSumo community members that have purchased Exclusive Addons whether they’ve experienced the issue so perhaps someone there will confirm in the meantime.

I sent a message to the support team and included a link to a LOOM video, showing them the issue. The video has been watched but no-one has come back to me several days later.
I’m getting concerned now about whether to use the tool at all.
