FAQs with Categories are currently not available with the Free version. As the article says, you can achieve this with the WPBot Professional and the Master licenses using the Simple Text Responses Pro module.

We released a new version. Please upgrade 1st and check Bot settings from admin menu. You can find option to disable “Disable KBx Bot and Floating Search Widget” from settings. Please check screenshot below for more info.

To show lists in multiple columns, you need multiple Lists. For 3 columns, you need at least 3 or more Lists.

As I said, just write N/A or Free for the license key field.
Also, we released a new version. Please upgrade to the latest version 7.7.9 and check gemini integration again. If the issue persists, please open a support ticket from https://qc.turbopowers.com/ . You do not need a pro version or license key.
