I will contact tomorrow the Sohosted helpdesk. I have also a very good experience with their helpdesk, so I think it will be solved tomorrow.

Just to give you an update.
I followed the instructions mentioned in the guide, and also the recommended security measures. (Only the 2FA authentication is more tricky to implement.
Any advise?)

The webhosting company did a security scan and had found some infected files to be cleaned. I’m now cleaning these files and I’m optimistic that issue will be solved today.
