Hi,Esmi, i have been in touch with my host and have now tried everything you recomended, but i still cant post or save a draft, is there anything else i can try?, thanks for any help,

Hi thanks for your reply, i deactivated all plugins, then switched to the Twenty Eleven theme, and tried resetting the plugins in my PhpMyAdmin. that didnt work still have the same problem, so then tried re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress. (3.4.1.zip) and i got this error message in my control pannel:
You attempted to load file with unsupported compression (application/zip). Either support for it is not implemented or disabled by your configuration.

I normally just update wordpress using wordpress-3.4.1.tar.gz, in my wordpress dash board, can you tell me a way to upload the fresh files? thanks so much for your help, jane

hi again i justfound this inside the table wp_options

does anyone know if this is whats causing my redirect problem and what i can do to amend it to make it work, thanks

just saw your last message hmm i will try doing it, i may as well! ill let you know the results, and if i fix it ill let everyone know how, fingers crossed :- )all thes users are just subscribers

i do have an even older back up is there anyway i can upload certian files from that only? in hope of regaining my useresm so as i dont lose newer posts and comments?, it is just a word press back up and not an entire website back up

no the back ups are just 5 weeks old, im sure theres something im doing wrong
