I fixed mine,too – I had to change my permalink structure and it works now.
I’m in the process of implementing Events Manager on parkwoodlib.com and I’m having the same problem with parkwoodlib.com/events-calendar where I added the shortcode. I tried resetting all settings to original and am still having the issue where the event links take me to the home page.
I’m having the same issue. I copied/pasted the code snippet to my theme’s functions page and got the following error: syntax error, unexpected ‘=’, expecting ‘)’
