Thank you very much π
I inspected the code myself by comparing handler for credit card which has support for both – standard checkout page & order pay template.
Local payments handler only has support for standard checkout.
So deactivating plugins won’t help.Hello π
I’m always clearing cache as a logged in user π The problem is the same yes.I’m not experiencing the same issue if I go to W3TC general settings.
Hope this helps π
Regards,
JanezI don’t think you realize but this issue is preventing iOS users from finishing the order, thank you very much for escalating this but it should be on a high priority as it is a blocking checkout issue.
Hello
yesterday new version of the plugin was released, as I was reading through changelog I haven’t seen this issue to be fixed. Can you please confirm this will be fixed in the new upcoming version?
Thank you very muchHello is this already fixed in latest version 3.7.0 β 2026-02-02?
Hello any further development on this issue?
Hello, ok I did, storefront theme activated, only woocommerce and braintree plugin are now activate
ok π
you should be abble now to acces our site and test apple pay button loading speed sorry for inconvenienceHello,
hm… here is the screenshot of our shipping settings, yeah we have unsetted all the shipping fields in our codebase, we use only billing fields and we have shipping destination set to Force shipping to the customer billing address.
but after changing this setting to Default to customer billing address and saving and then switch it back now magically shipping fee on apple pay correctly applies so I don’t understand what happened actually π I can’t reproduce the issue anymore… somehow this settings wasnt saved in the database or something.. https://i.imgur.com/FxDHf8d.pngok tied to the issue with apple pay we also don’t understand why is this happening:
- The Apple Pay button does not appear immediately when the checkout page loads.
- It appears only after a few seconds (noticeable delay).
- The delay seems to come from PayPal-related scripts rather than our own checkout logic.
Can you take a look at this as well please?

Have a nice rest of the week,

JanezHello,
if you re-watch your uploaded video you can clearly see you cant modify DATE/YEAR field anymore after your already filled out the field. I can see clearly how it focuses out of a date field on your video. I believe you just didn’t notice it.. Just please test it again and read my testing instructions again carefully.
This is not our site https://mobystyle.si/, please stick only to testing our staging site mentioned on my first post.- This reply was modified 4 months, 1 week ago by janez33.
I believe you are testing block based checkout, the problem is on legacy (shortcode) version of the checkout.
Hello, just checking in if you have managed to replicate the issue?
here is our woo system report: https://pastebin.com/xpBHLHtT
also we found another site (which is not ours) that has the same problem:
https://mobystyle.siHello, thank you π I feel like im talking to chatgpt π hope there is a real person on the other end π
So we’ve managed to turned off all of the plugins and issue is still present. <actually both issues are present: Apple Pay Express Checkout removing shipping costs on iOS from this topic and
[Apple iOS] Expiration Date Field Loses Focus also.
Woo system report: https://pastebin.com/xpBHLHtT
Also there are 0 logs when you are testing out apple pay.
here are the logs only from testing out credit card if it helps: https://pastebin.com/iyFHYDt7
