Thanks for getting back to me.

Manually creating invoices is fine, no more than a second or so. And all works as expected for new subscription orders too, it seems specifically to be with automatic renewal orders.

An order is created, payment is processed, but then the renewal just times out and the subscription remains ‘on-hold’ until manually renewed. I also find that order related emails do not come through in these cases, with or without the pdf attached, either way they are not sent.

Honestly, I’m stumped, I just can’t see where there could be an issue!
