I was speaking of the download versions available at each of those sites and I have figured out that the DOWNLOAD VERSION OF THE PROGRAM OFFERED from ww.wp.xz.cn will fit my needs better than the DOWNLOAD VERSION OF THE PROGRAM OFFERED from WordPress.com
