@joseph – I do really rate this plugin (it’s one of the best that I currently run) and appreciate that the version I’m using is free (and that you operate on a commercial basis with the Pro version) – it’s also great that you respond to posts here promptly. The point I make in my previous post is really that I currently have no fix for the free version and no way to upgrade unless I’m prepared to lose all of my data – as I say, a real shame as I think the plugin’s one of the best I use.

In reply to: [Visual Form Builder] Export problemI was desperate to export the data that I’ve collected across several sites so I used a plugin to rollback to a previous version – 2.8.6 export works fine – I’m now running an out of date plugin on my sites though – it’s a shame because I really do rate this plugin but I’m thinking of looking for a different solution rather than going for the upgrade (or waiting for a fix??) – data is always more valuable than the vehicle used to collect it.
