I allready tried asking the Woocommerce support, but they reffered me back to this plugin, because I’m not a premium user of WC.
I thought I was on the correct place now, but apparantly not. Feel a bit lost now…

Hi,
I re-opended the issue. I did what marjoleinm suggested but now I get an e-mail of stripe support saying the webhook is not working and therefore they will disable it.
Also, I can see the webhook was not the solution, because we still receive cancelled payments in WC, while they are paid in Stripe.

No this is not correct. The dropdown is too small, it should be longer. Beneath the ABN Amro bank are loads of other banks to select, they do not show up and the scrolling doesn’t work correctly.
Of course I contacted Strip helpdesk as well, ut they referred me to you.

Je hebt gelijk, sorry, ik was een beetje in paniek gisteren.
Ik heb ontdekt wat er mis ging. Paytium herkende de e-mail trigger van “renewal paid” niet, waardoor hij alle e-mails met de trigger “paid” verstuurde naar klanten.
Een programmeur heeft de bug gevonden, er miste een closing parantheses in de subscription renewal conditie. Hij heeft die nu toegevoegd, hopelijk werkt het nu.
Overigens had ik de Plus versie niet meer actief in WP. Dat ging over de licenties in mijn Paytium account. Ik laat nu de bedragen terugstorten.
Bedankt voor alle hulp en feedback, hopelijk komt David snel weer gezond boven water!

Helaas reageert Davis alleen niet op mails. Ik heb het bedrag nu inderdaad laten terugboeken. Ik zie wel in mijn account dat ik via Manage Sites, de website kan deactivaten. Zou dat het zijn? Heb jij of iemand daar ervaring mee? Ik wil natuurlijk niet alles kwijt zijn…

Ik heb nu namelijk een Plus en Pro versie actief die allebei nog worden afgeschreven!
Als ik een pro versie heb, heb ik toch geen plus versie meer nodig?

Even een update, wat ik me bedacht… Er zijn vannacht wel renewals in gang gezet en er zijn bedragen afgeschreven. Paytium stuurt dan een e-mail naar de klant met een bevestiging. Kennelijk heb ik dat niet goed ingesteld, waardoor hij ALLE mails die ik ooit heb aangemaakt verstuurt. Heb jij een idee hoe ik alleen de juiste e-mail kan laten versturen?
Ik heb namelijk een e-mail aangemaakt met “bedankt dat je weer een jaar lid bent” en de e-mail trigger gezet op “Subscription renewal paid”
Ik heb ook nog andere mails gemaakt, maar die horen bij een ander formulier. Die staan op trigger “paid”. In die corresponderende formulieren heb ik de ID van die mail gezet.
Maar op een of andere manier stuurt hij nu dus alle mails met de trigger “paid” op het moment va renewal. Heb jij een idee hoe ik dit kan oplossen?
