    Ok. The results.

    I updated the Woocommerce services from 1.12.2 to 1.21.3 since opening this thread, but after the update, I checked for the error (before deactivating the plugins) and the error was still there. However, after deactivating all the non-theme (The7) plugins, the error went away, and then activating all the plugins, the error still did not show up.

    Odd that. I really despise bugs that run and hide.

    So, it appears to be working. If that changes, I’ll update this thread as long as it is open.

    Ok… I disabled nearly all the plugins, and changing the shipping services now works, as does Packages and Shipping Labels.

    I’m now enabling the plugins one at a time to see when it breaks again.

    Ok… found it under “Users”. However, as an Admin I should have ALL the permissions, right?

    I don’t see “Store Manager” anywhere in the Woocommerce option. Nor do I see an option to set it.

    I ran the “Test your WooCommerce Services connection” option under Woocommerce -> Status -> Tools tab. And it returned this, “Your site is succesfully communicating to the WooCommerce Services API.”

    I noticed that, too. But, I don’t have any security plugins that I know of (Jetpack?), and I host on GoDaddy.

    Do you know of any plugins that would cause this?

    BTW, when I was in the Status -> Woocommerce Services screen, I tried turning on “Debug” and received this same error, “There was a problem saving your settings. Please try again after the page is reloaded.” Then the page reloaded, but not before there was that same popup saying that the changes had been saved. But, they were not (like on the other pages).

    That is all that they have.

    I tried again to change the shipping services, had the same results (no saving), to see if there would be any information added to the logs. It would appear that nothing related to that issue is being logged.
