In reply to: All subfolders from root URL go back to home pageI guess it wouldn’t hurt to actually give our site URL for reference.
You will notice that the site goes back to the home page and displays the actual name of the system the site is installed on.
Thanks
I am not sure if I am barking up the right tree or not. I am hosting a multisite wordpress installation on a system in my department. Our central IT for the university is in charge of the main DNS Server. When our site was complete, we had them redirect our website URL to the IP address of the system we are hosting the site on. I am running wordpress on IIS8. The site works fine, but when you type any of the subsites off of the link
ex. http://www.mysite.com/subsite
it never goes to that folder or site. It just goes back to the home page of the site. Everything is fine if you use the real name of the system hosting the site. Would this be a redirect issue?Hopefully this make sense. Thanks for any help that can be offered.

In reply to: IIS8 rewrites domain to ip addressUnfortunately, I am not responding with an answer to your question. I am curious if you have solved your problem or not. I am having a similar issue running wordpress 3.8 on IIS 8.
Thanks
