So as an update.
-I have changed the .htaccess and still nothing has changed. Spoke with my hosting provider and they claim they do not have a cache system in place.
-Have Wordfence and a folder titled “wfcache” that I changed to “wfcache-old” as a possible way to disable the cache
-Have put in a support request to Wordfence about how to clear their cache without access to the WordPress dashboard https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/clear-wordfence-cache/
If I have a plugin that potentially has a cached version of the site how do I disable it without access to the Dashboard?
I did that but the error code is still there.
