In reply to: [Constant Contact Forms] reCAPTCHA Not WorkingHi Michael,
Thanks. From 1:17PM CST till now 7:56pm we have received a total of 4 spam entries.
Correct, that is the theme I am using. I am using version 2.0 of the theme.
No, my WP_DEBUT is off π
Thanks.
I’ll try to write out what I remember went wrong.
Pretty much the sidebars disappeared on the front end/ui of the website.
In the back end Widgets page, the widgets themselves were in the wrong places and out of order (section/title wise). But on the front end it showed correctly (the regular sidebar).
When I restored to 4.6 everything was working again without me doing anything.
Hope this helps.
No, my issue is not resolved.
I put
*.mysiteurl.org/*and it does NOT work.
I am forced to put the full URL which is not convenient.
Hello,
I’ve figured out what the problem is. It’s that the http referrer with asterisks * doesn’t work. I have to put the full URL.
So when I add *.mysiteurl.org/* it doesn’t work. Do you know why?
Thanks.

In reply to: Failed to write file to disk.I was also receiving this error when updating a plugin:
An error occurred while updating Akismet: Download failed. Failed to write request to temporary file.I fixed this temporarily by adding define(‘WP_TEMP_DIR’, ABSPATH . ‘wp-content/’); in wp-config.php
Not sure if this also has anything to do with my original post.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Duplicate EventsWe found the problem.
Reoccuring events on Google Calendar corrupts their ics file and causes this problem.
The fix is to not use reoccuring events on Google.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Duplicate EventsUpdate: We have this calendar feed on another website and it’s doing the same thing for this specific event.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Duplicate EventsHi,
So this is what I just tried:
1. Deleted one of the events on Google Calendar that was being duplicated when importing.
2. Then deleted the feed Calendar for this in WordPress.
3. Re-added this event using a different name on Google Calendar (same calendar though). So I changed the name of the event from “Toledo Women in Leadership Symposium” to “Toledo WIL”. The date of the event stayed the same.
4. Re-added the feed for this calendar in WordPress.
5. It then ends up importing BOTH events again, “Toledo WIL” and “Toledo Women in Leadership Symposium” even though “Toledo Women in Leadership Symposium” is no longer on Google Calendar.
6. I downloaded the ics file of this calendar and it does not show “Toledo Women in Leadership Symposium”. It’s only showing the updated calendar “Toledo WIL”
7. So it seems like it’s not a Google Calendar issue? More like a WordPress issue?
Please help. Thank you.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Duplicate EventsHi,
We do not have that option checked.
The only thing we have checked is Assign default time zone to events in UTC
Everything else is unchecked.
