Do you have TinyMCE Advanced plugin installed?
This plugin produces the exact problem you are suggesting every time you navigate away from a post, even if the post has been saved or no changes were ever made.
Has anyone who has implemented TinyMCE Advanced experienced this problem?
I have version 3.0 and the plugin works fine for me. What is not working with the plugin for you guys?
