In reply to: Requested URL could not be retrieved when logging inI see now as well that I can’t delete plugins, update my permalinks, approve comments, change widgets; I can’t do anything to delete or add to the blog. I can’t reinstall WordPress 3.0.1 either.

In reply to: Requested URL could not be retrieved when logging inThe host re-uploaded the files (except the wp-content file) and it’s still giving a 404 error when we try to publish and preview. It doesn’t let us preview and publishing gives a connection failure.
I noticed that in the Add New Post editor page, there is no permalink listed beneath the title. Ordinarily I can edit the link title but now nothing appears there.
