I am having the same error.
Using version 4.4, with the unlimited extension. The file size is 3.2gb.

I used the following and it worked on my site.

I am using Revolution Slider with the Sugar and Spice Theme.
I have the same problem. I have tried this on multiple themes to see if it was just my theme that was not working. It does not work on any theme I install it with.
