@trevortokes Not through Sprout, no. I never received a single response back from any of the emails or tickets I submitted. I still stand by everything I said in my original post.
Thankfully my policy of always using PayPal saved me; as I was able to get my money back after I reported the case to them.
If they have your credit card number, I would contact your CC company and dispute the charges ASAP; and see if they can block any further recurrences — at this point, I’d honestly expect that they’ll just keep charging you until they are no longer able to do so, unfortunately.Forum: Plugins

This business is clearly a scam, as illustrated by the months of identical recurring issues posted here.
